SHIPPING POLICY
We try to ship items out in 3-5 days (excluding weekends + holidays). We use USPS and delivery time will vary depending on your region. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches due to the high volume of orders received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted, however, if your item arrives damaged please contact us via email hello@ohheymonday.com within three days of receipt.
